Please understand I'm a one woman show, not Amazon. I do my best to get items out as quickly as possible, but I also don't control the Postal Service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, but I will do my best to get items to you sooner. If you need items quickly, contact me and I will see what I can do.

I'm not satisfied until you are! I stand behind our products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all buzzing items. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit. 

After the first 90 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function. 

REFUNDS (ALL OTHER ITEMS)

Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
