Go from backdoor beginner to advanced enthusiast with this set of 5 hollow, graduated sized dilators. Each tapered plug is shaped to be comfortably inserted, with a pointed end and flared base that will help keep everything in place. The hard, smooth plastic provides the firmness needed for easy insertion and is compatible with all types of lubricants, but I recommend the Jelle Booty Lubricant with Relaxant.
These trainers are an effective way gradually step up in size so you can take comfortably enjoy backdoor play with a partner, or yourself. The graduated size allows you to work up to your desired size.

- Start with the smallest size (unless you know your comfort level). Use lots of lubricant, and slowly insert. If you experience discomfort, stop, or pause.
- If you are using the trainers to increase in size to experience comfortable backdoor play, insert 2-3 times a week for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Once you are comfortable with a size, increase to the next size up, and repeat the process until you can comfortable wear a plug similar in size to your partner!
