Be sure to tweak any Hostess Rewards to work for your business and party averages (but I LOVE offering rewards based on guest count, or number of shoppers. Because I know my numbers, I typically know what to expect. A Host can control the number of guests and work towards it much easier than towards a sales goal!)

FACEBOOK EVENT COVER PHOTOS
These are perfect for your Facebook Events! Lots of different styles to choose from, there's generic covers to go with the season, holiday covers (if they don't have a theme) and covers to match the Party Theme sheets!

Parties & Booking:

WISH LISTS
Party Menus and Wish List Templates. These are fully editable so you can add your own details and personalize them however you'd like. When you click the button below, it will save the Wish List "as is" to your Canva account, so when there are updates or products added, you will be notified, and can click the button again for the update!

PARTY SPECIALS, BUNDLES, VIP
The second (of back page) of your Wish List or Party Menu, use this to highlight any VIP rewards, party specials, booking a party, selling, or anything else you want to highlight and talk about!

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FLIERS
These match your wish list and party specials templates so that you can have clean branding across the board, and showcase the opportunity at your parties, or bring to biz op meetings!
Like the others, mix and match different features, and adjust as needed to work for you!

CONNECTION CARDS
A few styles to use at your parties to get info from your customers! It's not just about name and address anymore, use them as a chance to find out about their communication preferences and interests. There's also a version with a QR code, if you have Project Broadcast or Pure Shop, you can create a QR Code to a form so they can scan it, and input their own information!
*There's also a Connection Card for Vendor events, Bridal Shows, etc. If you do a lot of events and want to track where they are from, you can update the name per event (so instead of Event Connection Card, put Portland Bridal Show)

PARTY THEME SHEETS
It's fun to be able to offer different party themes, and themes that fit the season (some seasons are definitely more fun than others)

Quarterly Themes have been added to the Any Time Theme Sheets (I use the full sheets, this just pairs down the options)

OPEN DATE CALENDARS
Easy to print (or screenshot & send) open date calendars. Just use the icons to copy and paste the dates you are and aren't available!
Send or print each sheet, or hide pages for upcoming months and send your party leads the link to see what you have available, as many months out as you choose!

GROUP COVER PHOTOS
Use these in your groups or wall, tweak however you want to suit your group and the vibe! There's also some ideas if you run a monthly sales contest, or you can edit it to add any specials or deals!
You also don't have to update these very often unless you want to, if you create one that's a bit more generic (see the Any Time Covers) or remove any seasonal pictures, you can leave it alone 🩷 But each month, I will lean into any possible "themes" or holidays!

Four styles of scent finders, and matching flavor finders! Plus single scent graphics for when you just want to highlight a single scent.

PRODUCT PICTURES (No Background)
Get access to all current Pure Romance, Euforia and Uncovered product pictures, with a transparent background. Download them and reupload into Canva to easily use them in all your graphics & designs, with no white background to remove!
PS - The backgrounds look pink, but that's just so you know the actual image itself is good to go, when you download as a "transparent image" it's gone!

MARKETING MATERIALS
Some marketing materials you can use, or take inspiration for your business! Most you can have professionally printed through Canva, or download and print (or have sent to a printer). Make sure you delete any "pages" you don't want printed, and update with your business information. If you are already well branded, carry on love!
There's also Gift Certificates and Digital Gift Cards, I typically use the Gift Certificates for everything, when Digital I just take a screen grab and send.

Use the Product & Price List as a reference sheet, adjust and make it a full sheet order form, and use it to tally what you need from outside orders and parties before placing your Online Office order!
THE DROP LIST
See the "current" product drops, unavailable items and retired list.
Keep in mind, I get the same info as everyone else, so it's not perfect, things can always change, but it's in one spot!

GET EM' LIST
All your leads in one spot! Whether they are wanting to shop with you, checking out a sale, want to book a party, or sign up, having them all in one place keeps you focused on those income producing activities! Make it a habit to document ALL your leads so that you can check in 2-3 times, and guaranteed you will generate more results.

SUCCESS TRACKERS
It's really important that you update these to reflect YOUR goals, whether it be your health & wellness goals, or your business goals. Update them so they are a right fit for you, your dreams and your vision of success! They have numbers, but they are just examples, delete, edit, decrease, increase - it's about you babes

BUDGET & EXPENSE WORKSHEETS
Here's some helpful tax, money and expense trackers!

There's an intense budget tracker you can use for ALL your spending, and all your money coming in (it's a full Household & Business budget). Once you input all your expense & income categories, use the transaction tracker to automatically do the math for you and let you know how you are doing! Plus it totals everything for Year End.
Then there's a Business Budget & Expense Tracker, so if you don't want to do all your income & expenses, you can just do it for your business (no matter what, you gotta do it). This will also do the math for you each month, and give you your year end numbers.
